After the stress of exams and before the busyness of next semester, let's take some time for a retreat together at the beautiful Benedict XVI Retreat Centre. This retreat will be a chance to get away from the bustle of daily life, reconnect with our Lord and deepen our relationship with Him through Mass, talks, Liturgy of the hours, silence, adoration and confession. There'll also be time to relax, catch up with friends and get to know young Catholics from other universities.
Over a series of talks at the retreat, our speaker, Fr Daniele Russo, will explore “The Pursuit of Happiness”. We all yearn for happiness – but what is it really and will it fulfil the desires of our heart?
Ordained to the Priesthood in 2016, Fr Russo is the assistant priest of St Joachim Parish, Lidcombe and soon to be Vocations Director for the Archdiocese of Sydney. He loves to play and coach soccer, enjoys carpentry work and even helped to build an English pub-style bar in Rome!
